Farm Fantasia is a specialized equestrian farm located just 2 minutes away from the city centre of St-Jean-sur-Richelieu, offering vast training arenas where several competitions take place during the summer months. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced rider, Farm Fantasia welcomes you! They offer private or group lessons for riders of all levels and goals.
Owned and operated by certified trainer Julie Roy since 2005, Farm Fantasia boasts over 30 years of experience in various equestrian disciplines, breeding, horse training, and coaching for competitions. Julie is a graduate of ITA with a specialization in equine nutrition. The school provides a safe environment for riders to improve their skills with experienced horses and ponies.
During riding lessons, riders are required to dress appropriately with long, fitted pants, a protective helmet, and closed-toe shoes with small heels or rain boots. Farm Fantasia also provides conforming helmets on-site. The price list for lessons includes options for beginners, evaluations, private lessons, semi-private lessons, and group lessons for 3–6 riders.
In addition to lessons, Farm Fantasia offers boarding services with 15 outdoor paddocks and individual lockers in the tack room for each boarder. Additional services such as blankets, leg wraps, feed, hay, and turnout are available. Boarders can enjoy a $25 discount per month on boarding fees when taking riding lessons with Farm Fantasia trainers on-site.
