In addition, you'll find a cardio area with treadmills, cross trainers, recovery bikes, rowing machines, assault bikes, ski-erges, and a grappler machine.
For those looking to engage in functional fitness activities, we have a dedicated studio stocked with equipment such as kettlebells, battle ropes, TRX's, tyre flipper, bosu balls, punch bags, and pads.
