Association. We are dedicated to teaching traditional Taekwondo, Kickboxing, self-defence, fitness, and conditioning. Our instructors are experienced, CRB checked, first aid trained, and professional Black Belt Instructors. We offer age and ability specific classes for children starting at 3.
5 years old, and classes run six days a week.
At Family Martial Arts, we believe in creating a friendly and safe training environment for everyone. Both of our fully equipped training halls in Maidstone and Gravesend are safety matted to ensure the ultimate training experience. We also provide comfortable reception areas with refreshments available, allowing family and friends to relax while waiting.
In addition to regular classes, we offer special services such as family classes, where the entire family can train together. We also have special family classes specifically designed for children with Asperger's Syndrome, Autism, or Dyspraxia and their families. For ladies who prefer a cardio kickboxing-style workout, we offer exclusive ladies-only classes.
