Peter from Falcons Badminton Club in Welling, south-east London, wants to give you the rundown on their action-packed badminton scene. Playing in the Ravensbourne and Orpington/NorthWestKent leagues, they've got teams for everyone - men, women, mixed, and composite.
Club nights happen twice a week. On Mondays, they're at Welling Secondary School, and on Wednesdays, they hit the courts at Harris Academy Falconwood.
