Fairview Stables offers a host of services to cater to the needs of horse owners and riders. Their facilities include a floodlit outdoor school measuring 24 × 42 feet paved with Martin Collins Sand and CLOPF. Additionally, they offer large, well-lit, and ventilated stables, abundant grazing land, and access to internationally acclaimed trainers for dressage, showjumping, and eventing. Regular clinics, equipped with video feedback facilities, are also available.

The stables provide lorry and trailer parking, as well as arranged cross-country schooling sessions. Fairview Stables ensures that horses receive top-class veterinary, physiotherapy, and farrier services. Local hacking opportunities are plentiful, with access to Maidenhead Thicket, Pinkneys Green Common, Knowl Hill Bridle Circuit, and Windsor Great Park. Fairview Stables offers a range of affordable services and prices to suit various needs. They provide assisted DIY livery at 60 per week, which includes turnout and yard cleaning. Part livery is available at 160 per week, and full livery, which includes four days of riding and grooming, is priced at 190 per week. Assisted DIY services for summer and winter mornings and evenings are available for 2 and 3, respectively.

Additional services offered include mucking out for 8, field clearing for 5, schooling for 35, hacking for 25, lessons for 30, and massage for 30. Moreover, Fairview Stables offers services such as re-training, problem horse handling, injury recovery, sale preparation, grooming, and clipping.
