He shared that Fairford RFC, based in Fairford, UK, is well recognised as the local hub for rugby lovers, boasting a rich history spanning several decades. The club is all about promoting rugby and creating a welcoming space for players of all ages and skill levels.

There are different sections within the club, catering to seniors and youth. Seniors play at the Coln House School grounds on Horcott Road, with their changing rooms at Fairford Youth FC. On the other hand, the youth section has their games at The Park on Leafield Road. Just a head’s up – you can’t access The Park via Park Street, and dogs need to stay at home.

The heart of the club is its vibrant clubhouse, located at Fairford Cricket Club on Park Street. It’s a cracking place for members to gather, socialise, and support their teams while soaking in the spirit of rugby.

Sponsors play a key role in the club's success. Senior players can be individually sponsored, offering supporters a chance to back a player of their choice. This sponsorship helps cover expenses and supports player development. Female players, known as Vixens, can also be sponsored.

To ensure everyone’s kitted out properly, the club has teamed up with Halbro for a dedicated kit store. The online shop is up and running, making it easy to grab kit items for seniors, Vixens, and juniors. There’s also a physical store at Leafield Road where the juniors can try on various gear ranging from shorts to gloves.
