Since 2022, the gym has undergone a complete refurbishment, now featuring over 70 stations tailored for cardio and resistance training. Jill ensures there are always qualified instructors on hand to offer support and guidance. Expect dedicated workout zones, air conditioning, and a generous free weights area. For those into functional training, there's a specialised zone equipped with the latest gear.

If you love swimming, there's a modern 25-metre pool with four lanes, perfect for every skill level. Jill’s team also runs a variety of swimming classes and lessons for both adults and kids.

Prefer group workouts? With over 30 fitness classes each week, you'll be spoilt for choice. From low to high intensity, there's something for everyone. The new spin studio, fitted with disco lights and a top-notch sound system, provides an energetic vibe for spin sessions. With over 20 spin bikes and 10 classes a week, you'll find a class that fits your schedule.

For badminton enthusiasts, there are four courts available, which members can book for free up to 7 days in advance. Non-members can opt for pay-as-you-go.
