Factory Climbing

Factory Climbing is a climbing gym located in an industrial park in west Edmonton. Boasting over 5000 sq ft of climbing space, including bouldering, top rope routes, a lead pit with 50 ft routes, six autobelays, a Kilter board, and fitness training equipment, Factory Climbing is one of the largest indoor climbing facilities in western Canada. The gym provides a unique and exciting opportunity for climbers of all levels to push their limits and improve their skills in a safe and supportive environment.

For those looking to try out climbing for the first time, Factory Climbing offers a variety of options to get started. The gym hosts monthly Fems & Thems climb nights, exclusive events for women, non-binary, trans, and genderqueer climbers. Additionally, climbers can sign up to be a karma cleaner, contributing their time to the gym in exchange for a free membership. Every Tuesday, climbers can participate in the Charity Climb, with drop-in rates going towards the Northern Alberta Route Retrofitting and Development Association.

First-time visitors to Rock Jungle locations can take advantage of the First Climb package, which includes a one-week trial membership, rental shoes, chalk, and a basic orientation to the gym. This package allows climbers to explore the facilities and get a feel for the sport without any hidden fees.
