Taekwondo is a Korean martial art focused on striking for defence using hands and feet. It is a sport that promotes overall physical conditioning and mental development through technical skill acquisition to be applied in combat or self-defence situations. Led by Grand Master Nancy Leblanc, 7th dan, our training sessions are designed to enhance flexibility, muscle endurance, cardiovascular fitness, and improve concentration and body control, all while prioritizing enjoyment and respect for all.
Our dedicated team of instructors is committed to helping each athlete reach their full potential, whether they are driven by competition or recreational Taekwondo practice. Everyone, from Boucherville or beyond, is welcome to join our community.
