Evolve Strength & Conditioning is a gym located in Llanelli, offering a comprehensive and inclusive fitness experience. With its own dedicated Strength & Conditioning club, Evolve S&C provides members with access to over 20 S&C classes per week, all taught by experienced and fully qualified Coaches. In addition to S&C classes, the Evolve S&C membership grants full access to the entire gym and all Evofit fitness classes.

The programme at Evolve S&C encompasses all aspects of Strength and Conditioning, including weightlifting, basic gymnastics, metabolic conditioning, and mobility. As part of this partnership, Evolve offers a pathway for anyone interested in Olympic Weightlifting to participate and learn the sport. The gym organises in-house and Academy competitions, giving participants the opportunity to compete and potentially qualify for national competitions.

Evolve also runs a programme called “Raise the Bar” specifically designed for young athletes aged 11 to 15. This fully funded 6-week introduction to Weightlifting programme focuses on teaching the techniques of Olympic lifts and accessory strength lifts. By participating in this programme, young athletes not only have the chance to discover a new sport under the guidance of qualified coaches but also have the opportunity to join the youth weightlifting club and compete in Weightlifting Wales sanctioned competitions.

Evolve S&C welcomes individuals of all fitness levels and abilities. New members are offered a free individual introductory session, allowing them to meet a coach and learn the fundamental movements involved.
