This fully funded 6-week introduction to Weightlifting programme focuses on teaching the techniques of Olympic lifts and accessory strength lifts. By participating in this programme, young athletes not only have the chance to discover a new sport under the guidance of qualified coaches but also have the opportunity to join the youth weightlifting club and compete in Weightlifting Wales sanctioned competitions.
