Led by Head Trainer Liam Jones, a highly experienced wrestler with 17 years in the industry, Evolution Wrestling Academy offers a comprehensive training programme. Sessions are held on Wednesdays from 7:30pm to 9:30pm, Thursdays from 7:30pm to 9:30pm, Fridays with a dedicated kids class from 6pm to 8pm, and Sundays from 10:00am to 1pm. The training sessions encompass a combination of in-ring, cardio, and mat work, ensuring trainees develop the physical and technical skills necessary to succeed in wrestling.
At Evolution Wrestling Academy, guest trainers and seminars are regularly organised to provide trainees with additional learning opportunities. Trainees can choose between paying per week at a rate of 20, or opt for a monthly direct debit payment of 70. There is also a one-time joining fee of 40, which includes a pair of knee pads and a trainee t-shirt.
