Evolution Pilates with Marta is a physical fitness programme in London, led by qualified Classical Comprehensive Pilates teacher Marta. With years of experience teaching Pilates online and in a North London studio, Marta is passionate about helping individuals evolve and improve their physical capacity.

In her classes, Marta focuses on precision and alignment, drawing inspiration from ballet dancers and gymnasts. She initially qualified as a teacher of contemporary Pilates matwork through Pilates Foundation in 2012 after 450 hours of training. She furthered her training in the Fletcher technique through equipment workshops and became a qualified classical comprehensive Pilates teacher after an additional 900 hours of training. Marta incorporates the best elements from various Pilates techniques in her classes.

Currently, Marta offers online classes through Zoom, with class times available on her website. She also provides home visits for private sessions in the N2/N3 area of North London. Marta regularly updates her website with new class times and locations as she adds new classes in London.

Pilates is a form of exercise that aims to improve the body uniformly, correct wrong postures, restore physical vitality, invigorate the mind, and elevate the spirit. By training in Pilates, participants can expect to see improvements in core strength, stability, posture, suppleness, natural grace, and skill.
