The Lil Ninjas programme for ages 4 to 6 focuses on learning and listening skills while introducing martial arts in a fun, disciplined environment. For 7 to 14-year-olds, the Combat Kids programme emphasises self-defence through a structured Belt System, instilling discipline and confidence.

Adults can take part in beginner and advanced kickboxing classes, designed for both body and mind workout, teaching essential self-defence skills. Also on offer is 10th Planet Jiu Jitsu, a No Gi Brazilian Jiu Jitsu style developed by Eddie Bravo, suitable for any skill level.
