Conduct and Behaviour 1 Members are expected to behave in a respectful and courteous manner towards staff and fellow members. 2 Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in the suspension or termination of membership.
Use of Facilities 1 All members must follow the instructions and guidelines provided by the staff for the safe and proper use of the facilities and equipment. 2 Any damage caused to the facilities or equipment due to negligence or misuse will be the responsibility of the member. Cancellation and Termination 1 Members may cancel their membership at any time by giving written notice to Evolution Gym NI. 2 Membership fees are non-refundable and will not be prorated.
3 Evolution Gym NI reserves the right to terminate a membership if a member fails to comply with the Terms and Conditions or engages in any behaviour deemed unacceptable by the gym. 4 In the event of termination, membership fees will not be refunded.
