Welcome! Since its opening in September 2000, volugym has been providing professional and personalized services to its clientele. Co-owner Germain Bdard, a graduate of Universit Laval in kinesiology with over thirty years of experience in the field, has assembled a team of dynamic trainers. Volugym offers a unique concept with its “All-Inclusive” formula (see the “Memberships” tab).

The 5000-square-foot training floor is fully windowed, with over 80 training stations available for use. The clientele consists of everyday individuals, and the atmosphere is friendly and relaxed. Cleanliness is also a top priority. Whatever your fitness goals may be, volugym is equipped to meet your expectations.

Opt for the ALL-INCLUSIVE formula! When you sign up at volugym, you only pay the price of your membership – there are no hidden fees. We offer packages for 4, 6, and 12 months that INCLUDE an initial assessment, a personalized training program designed by a kinesiologist to meet your goals, program revisions every 8 weeks, access to the training floor and all equipment sections, and no membership fees. Your program includes at least two different exercise series that you alternate.

Various training programs are available at volugym, including general, specific, adapted, and quick programs. Personalized training programs are designed by a kinesiologist. The cardiovascular equipment section features “LifeFitness” machines with no reservations required. A full range of selective strength training equipment from “LifeFitness” and plate-loaded strength training equipment from “Hammer Strength” is available.

There is also a large section of free weights, as well as sales and advice on nutritional supplements. A health bar is also available. If you're short on time, our brand-new selective machines make it possible to establish a quick, comprehensive, and effective program – just ask for it!
