The FOUNDATION of Contento Pilates in Cambridge brings you a GROUND-BREAKING 6 or 12 Week Pelvic Floor and Core Health programme that is truly a gift for every woman. This programme is designed to bring you back to your amazing body, with your Pelvic and Core Health at the centre of our focus.
For 6 wonderful weeks, you will embark on a journey of movement, nutritional guidance, and education about your Pelvic Floor, Core, and women's fitness/wellness. Join Maria Dean in person for 6 weeks, with the option to continue for another 6 weeks if you wish.
