Welcome to Every Body Barre, Yamba's leading fitness centre dedicated to building strong, confident bodies. Our barre classes are designed to provide a low-impact, high-intensity, and fun workout experience that follows the traditional barre style. With our classes, you can expect a full-body burn that will leave you feeling challenged, energised, and strong!

Our classes incorporate the use of light weights and small props to work your body from head to toe. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced fitness enthusiast, our classes will help you fatigued every muscle group, resulting in lean muscle tone, strength, and a body that feels confident.

In addition to our barre classes, we also offer adult ballet classes. These classes offer a range of benefits, including improved posture, increased core strength, balance, musicality, improved mental agility, and confidence. Our ballet classes are taught in their purest form while maintaining a welcoming, friendly, and inclusive atmosphere for all.

A word from our founder, Rebecca Kennedy: With a background in all styles of dance, including training at the Queensland Dance School of Excellence and a BA in Dance from QUT, I have always loved being active. After discovering Barre, I fell in love with it and completed my teacher training through Barre Body. I want to share with others the strength and confidence it brings while emphasising the importance of correct posture and body alignment. I believe that barre and adult ballet are safe, fun, and inclusive for Every Body!

For those who prefer personalised attention or would like to work alone or with a friend, we also offer private lessons or lessons for two. These classes can be tailored to suit your lifestyle and schedule.
