The classes at Every Bodies Pilates & Fitness cater to various needs and goals. Their Reformer classes focus on total body conditioning, including muscle strength, endurance, core stability, flexibility, postural improvements, and coordination. These classes are fun and fast-paced, offering a wide variety of exercises. However, please note that they do not cater to individual programmes or injury rehabilitation purposes beyond 16 weeks of pregnancy.
For those new to Pilates or looking to refresh their knowledge, the studio offers Pilates Fundamentals classes that cover the principles of Pilates. These classes are highly recommended before joining the small group classes and are complimentary for new clients.
Private sessions with a Diploma qualified Instructor are also available at Every Bodies Pilates & Fitness. These sessions utilise specialised Pilates apparatus to address specific goals and needs. Clients receive individualised attention, consistent feedback, and corrections, ensuring each exercise is performed under a high level of supervision. Prior to booking a Private class, an Initial Consultation must be completed.
The studio also offers Mat classes, where clients can explore the foundations of the Pilates method and transfer elements from the Reformer to the floor. Matwork exercises focus on building strength, endurance, control, breath control, body awareness, and good posture and alignment. Various small Pilates props, such as therabands, foam rollers, and magic circles, are incorporated into the classes. It is advised to attend an Initial Consultation if pregnant, have current injury concerns, or acute pain before joining group classes.
In addition, Every Bodies Pilates & Fitness offers Stretch & Release classes, where clients can combine work with rest and relaxation. In this small group, mixed equipment class, participants are led through a series of Pilates exercises to lengthen muscles, release tension, create space throughout the body, and find peace in the mind.
