John, the organiser at Everlast Gyms – Bristol Filton, wanted to reach out and share a bit about what's on offer. Located right here in Bristol, Everlast Gyms has memberships that kick off from just £40 a month, so it's pretty accessible.
John's really passionate about promoting active and healthy lifestyles. They've kitted out the gym with top-notch facilities like a spacious resistance area for functional training and free weights. Plus, there’s the latest cardio gear and high-intensity interval training (HiiT) machines to help everyone hit their fitness targets.
For a more laid-back session, members can make a splash in the swimming pool or chill in the sauna and steam rooms. It’s a great way to unwind after a tough workout.
