Step 3 – Jump straight into a session or try small group training
Once you've had your consultation, you have the option to jump straight into a session or trial our small group training. Our small group training classes are designed for those who prefer to train in a supportive and motivating group environment. If you prefer one-on-one guidance, we also offer personal training sessions.
