Sport Psychology As a trainee sport psychologist, I am passionate about the psychological aspects of performance and wellbeing. I am currently pursuing a Master's degree in Sport and Exercise Psychology, building upon my Bachelor's degree in Sport and Exercise Science. Through my studies and practical experience, I have developed a deep understanding of how mental aspects such as motivation, confidence, and managing stress can greatly impact athletic performance.
