Graduated to the rank of Cho Dan Bo, becoming black belts in 2009. In 2011, Simon became a certified instructor and started teaching at the Essex Soo Bahk Do Family Karate Club.

The club is led by Simon Hall, an experienced instructor who has been training in Soo Bahk Do Moo Duk Kwan for over 10 years. Mr. Hall is enhanced DBS cleared and First Aid trained, ensuring the safety and well-being of all club members. He started his training with his son Leon under the guidance of Master Paul Salter from the Norfolk Soo Bahk Do Academy.

Simon and Leon both achieved the rank of Cho Dan Bo, becoming black belts in 2009. In 2011, Simon obtained his instructor certification and began teaching at the Essex Soo Bahk Do Family Karate Club.
