The Essendon Netball Club, formerly known as Windy Hill Netball, has been a prominent sports club in Melbourne since its establishment in 1996. On the other hand, the senior teams of the Essendon Netball Club compete at Parkville (previously known as the State Netball & Hockey Centre) on Monday and Thursday evenings as part of the Parkville Netball Association.
