ESP Kickboxing

ESP Kickboxing is a kickboxing school located in Warwick, New Zealand. The school offers classes every Sunday at 3pm, which are held at Warwickspace. The focus of the class is on developing core strength and fitness through kickboxing techniques. The classes are one hour long and consist of a warm-up session followed by intensive work on the pads.

To ensure hygiene, students are required to bring their own gloves, while focus pads are provided by the school. For more advanced students, there are additional activities such as light sparring, stick work, and self-defence training. The classes cost 4 per session and are designed to be enjoyable and held in a friendly environment.
