ESKA Karate at Framingham Earl Community Sports Centre is Norfolk's premier karate school, offering professional instruction in traditional Shotokan Karate. Led by Chief Instructor Jason Hitchings, 6th Dan, our dedicated team of qualified professional instructors aims to provide a safe and supportive environment for students to grow and achieve their full potential in Karate-do.
Since its establishment in 1995, ESKA has welcomed over 6000 members, helping them develop key life skills such as perseverance, self-discipline, and confidence. Our class structure, syllabus, and examination programme provide clear goals for students to work towards and celebrate their successes. Under the guidance and supervision of our talented instructors, many ESKA students have not only earned their Black Belt, but have also achieved success in National, European, and International Karate Championships.
At ESKA Karate, beginners can expect to learn a wide range of skills and benefits. Our beginners course focuses on developing good balance and posture, essential for daily life tasks. In addition, students will improve focus and become more attentive, excelling in physical activities and academic studies.
