ESKA Karate at Dussindale Centre Norwich is Norfolk's leading karate school, offering traditional Shotokan Karate instruction to the highest standard. Led by Chief Instructor Jason Hitchings, 6th Dan, the club is dedicated to providing a safe and nurturing environment for students to grow and achieve their full potential in Karate-do.

With over 6000 members starting their Karate journey with ESKA since its establishment in 1995, the club takes pride in its ability to help individuals develop key life skills such as perseverance, self-discipline, and confidence. Through a structured class format, syllabus, and examination programme, ESKA provides students with goals to work towards and opportunities to celebrate their successes.

Under the guidance and supervision of qualified professional instructors, ESKA students not only have the opportunity to attain their Black Belt but also have the chance to excel in National, European, and International Championships.
