Erewash Canal Membership books (permits) for 2022 are now available for purchase from various local outlets. With this permit, fishing enthusiasts can enjoy all the amazing venues that Belper & District Angling Club has to offer throughout the entire year. Our club has a wonderful rule in place, allowing members to start fishing as soon as they've acquired their membership. So, if you buy a 2022 membership even in December 2021, you can grab your fishing gear and start enjoying our beautiful waters immediately, without any delay until January.
We have some great news to share from our recent Club's Annual General Meeting! It has been decided that there will be no increase in membership fees for the upcoming year. This means that for the third consecutive year, our annual permit prices will remain the same. So, here are the prices for 2022 memberships: Adult membership is priced at £35, Over 65 and registered disabled members will need to pay £20, and our young anglers between the ages of 10 and 16 can obtain a junior membership for just £10. But wait, there's more! Juniors under 10 years old can fish for free, but they must be accompanied by an adult member. It's a fantastic opportunity for our young fishing enthusiasts to start honing their skills. These memberships will be valid until December 31st, 2022.
For those already part of our wonderful Club, please note that your membership will require renewal from the 1st of January 2022. However, if you're eager to get ahead and secure your spot early, feel free to purchase a new permit before the renewal date if you wish to do so.
