New Zealand Chiropractic College in 2003 and have been practising ever since. I am constantly seeking to expand my knowledge and stay up to date with the latest advancements in the field of chiropractic care.

Originally from Wellington, I moved to Nelson in 2007 to co-found Equilibrium with Hayden. Chiropractic has always been my passion, and I am dedicated to helping others achieve optimal health and wellness. I graduated from the New Zealand Chiropractic College in 2002 and have been practising for over 15 years. I specialise in spinal adjustments and have a particular interest in paediatric chiropractic care.

In addition to our founders, we have a team of skilled and dedicated professionals who are committed to providing exceptional care to our clients. Our team includes 4 chiropractors, massage therapists, yoga instructors, pilates instructors, and mindfulness class instructors. Each member of our team brings their unique expertise and passion to help our clients achieve their health goals.

Our space at Equilibrium has been carefully designed with a focus on creating a relaxing and inspiring environment. We have transformed a disused inner city industrial warehouse into an airy, light-filled professional premises with a New York loft style gallery feel. Our fit-out has been done with biological and ecological principles in mind, allowing our clients to feel at ease and comfortable during their visits.

At Equilibrium, we offer a range of services to support your health and wellbeing. Our chiropractic care focuses on spinal adjustments to improve joint mobility and nervous system function. We also offer massage therapy to enhance relaxation and relieve muscle tension. Our yoga and pilates classes provide opportunities to improve flexibility, core strength, and overall body awareness.

Additionally, we offer mindfulness classes to promote mental wellbeing and stress reduction.
