Chiara, the studio's owner and instructor, is an internationally BASI Certified instructor. With a passion for Pilates, Chiara started her journey after experiencing an injury and falling in love with the mind-body connexion that Pilates offers. She decided to become an instructor to share her passion with others and help them reap the benefits of Pilates.

At Equilibrio Pilates, precision is key. Chiara's expertise as a fully trained and certified instructor ensures that each exercise is understood and performed correctly and safely. The studio is equipped with BASI Systems Reformer with Tower and BASI Systems Wunda Chair with F2 System, providing clients with a tailored programme that focuses on building strength and control of the deep core muscles, improving posture and alignment, increasing body awareness and control, and enhancing coordination, balance, and flexibility.

For those seeking personalised attention, private sessions at Equilibrio Pilates are available. Chiara provides her undivided attention to ensure exercises are executed with precision and engage the correct muscles. The cost for a single private class is 60, with a package of four classes priced at 200 for 60 minutes and 150 for 45 minutes.

For those who prefer a semi-private experience, Equilibrio Pilates offers duet classes. During these sessions, clients can enjoy the benefits of a personal training session shared with a friend. Each participant utilises a piece of equipment and performs exercises tailored to their specific needs. The package of four duet classes is priced at 140 per client.
