Safety comes first here, and Jane and her crew of qualified instructors ensure you're always in good hands. Whether you're just starting out or an experienced rider, you’ll be supported every step of the way.

Equessence provides term lessons and holiday programmes. Term lessons are paid in advance via internet banking and enrolments roll over automatically each term unless you cancel two weeks beforehand. The holiday programme lessons need to be paid in full at booking.

If Equessence cancels a lesson, they’ll offer a make-up slot within the same term. Lessons don’t run on public holidays unless there’s a prior arrangement. You’re allowed one make-up lesson per term if you give 24 hours' notice of cancellation.

For holiday programmes, the refund policy is: 90% if you cancel at least four weeks out, 80% for 2-4 weeks, and no refund for less than two weeks notice.
