The club's team of experienced coaches includes Head Coach Esham Pickering, Coach Darren Williams, and Coach Clownes Steele, all of whom are CRB checked and hold either Level 1 or Level 2 qualifications in coaching and safeguarding.
The club offers a range of training sessions designed to cater to different age groups and fitness levels. For juniors and youth aged 7-17, there are dedicated sessions aimed at introducing them to the fundamentals of boxing while helping them develop technical skills, tactical understanding, confidence, self-esteem, and physical fitness. These sessions include Schoolboy/Girl sessions for ages 7-13 and Junior & Youth sessions for ages 14-17, with varying timings throughout the week.
Adults can join the club's circuit classes, which are open to individuals of all ages and abilities. These classes combine cardio training with boxing techniques, providing a fun and intense workout that helps burn fat, build lean muscle, and improve overall fitness. The circuit classes take place on Monday and Wednesday evenings from 7pm-8pm and cost 4. 00 per session.
Additionally, the club offers Senior sessions for individuals aged 18 and above, with multiple sessions throughout the week.

One-hour personal training sessions are available daily for both male and female clients.
