
UQAM Sports Center is hosting a muscle training class focused on using free weights. Participants will have the opportunity to strengthen their muscle system, improving both endurance and strength. Bodyweight exercises will also be included in the program, engaging the entire body. This training will allow participants to discover new exercises and muscle sequences for a complete and varied workout. Sessions will take place on Tuesdays from April 29th to June 17th, from 12:05pm to 12:50pm, in the Énergie Room (CS-S2040) at UQAM Sports Center.
