
Join UQAM Sports Center for a unique cardio and muscle training combined with pilates exercises in an aquatic environment. Improve your posture, breathing technique, and tension level while enjoying the benefits of water for your joints. The sessions will take place at the CS-3S240 pool on Thursdays from 5:15 pm to 6 pm, from April 29th to June 17th, 2024. The classes are open to students, members, employees, non-member alumni, and the general public, with rates varying depending on status. A 25% discount is offered from the second class in the same session. Don't forget to bring water shoes for aquatic cycling!
