Enhance Fitness has a variety of group classes tailored to different fitness needs. The Metcon class is a circuit-based workout combining strength and conditioning to hit all energy systems. The V”O2 class ramps up cardiovascular capacity with cardio machines, high-rep weights, and bodyweight movements. The Hybrid class focuses on bodyweight exercises and cardio for overall strength and mobility.
For new and expecting mums, the specialised Pre/Post Natal classes provide a safe and supportive environment to exercise and train confidently with their little ones in tow.
Beyond classes, Enhance Fitness offers personalised services like Small Group Personal Training (SGPT) and 1:2:1 Personal Training. SGPT sessions are capped at four individuals for focused attention, offering an affordable alternative to one-on-one training. The 1:2:1 sessions are bespoke, tailored to specific health and fitness goals, accommodating any injuries or limitations with a keen eye on body composition and nutrition.

Efficient gym operations mean members need to cancel bookings at least 6 hours in advance. For morning sessions from 6:30 am to 10 am, cancellations should be made by 10 pm the night before, avoiding unnecessary charges or losing a class drop-in pass.
Tom encourages members to join waiting lists for fully booked classes. Being on the list maximises the chances of getting a spot when schedules shift.
