With a spacious 4,500 square foot gym, members have access to state-of-the-art equipment including Exigo Squat Racks and Benches, Concept 2 Rowing Machines, and 500 kg of HIT Fitness Bumper Plates. Whether you're looking to focus on cardio, strength training, or a combination of both, Energise has everything you need to reach your fitness goals.

After a challenging workout, members can unwind in the swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, or the outdoor Canadian hot tub with stunning views over Lough Atalia. Hotel residents at the Galmont Hotel can enjoy complimentary use of Energise Fitness & Leisure, making it a convenient option for guests looking to stay active during their stay. Energise is open Monday to Friday with extended hours on weekends and bank holidays, ensuring members have plenty of time to fit in a workout.
