Energise Fitness is owned and operated by husband and wife team, Paul and Natalie. With their extensive experience in the health and fitness industry, they have created a gym space that caters to the needs of all individuals. Paul, with over 19 years of experience, has worked in various settings, including private PT studios, commercial gyms, and country club hotels. Natalie, on the other hand, has had a successful career in sales and is now a Level 3 Personal Trainer.
