To school, I decided to pursue my passion for fitness and dance once again. I started NK Dance & Fitness, a physical fitness programme aimed at promoting holistic wellness and a healthy lifestyle.

Nancy, the founder of Energising and Holistic Fitness, has a deep love for dancing that dates back to her childhood. She received professional training as a dancer and dance teacher, specialising in ballet, jazz, and modern dance. Her professional dance experience includes dance contracts abroad, as well as appearing in popular music videos and advertisements. Nancy's passion for dance and wellness is evident in her teaching style, which focuses on creating a positive and supportive environment for her students.
The classes take place at various locations in Epsom, including Tandridge Leisure Centre, Longmead Centre, Nutfield Priory Health Club & Spa, Chartham Park Golf & Country Club, and Gibraltar Recreation Ground.
