Energise North Head is a unique training group located in North Head, Sydney's Northern Beaches. What sets us apart is our sense of community and the emphasis we place on enjoying a healthy lifestyle.
Our story began with a group of friends who shared a common passion for fitness and decided to train together under the guidance of their trainer, Sophie. As more people became interested, the classes multiplied, and Energise North Head was officially established in 2011.
Unlike traditional bootcamp-style workouts, we pride ourselves on being a guided training group. Our experienced trainer, Sophie, will support and motivate you every step of the way. We believe in creating a welcoming environment where everyone feels included, regardless of their fitness level.
At Energise North Head, we don't believe in short-term challenges or quick fixes. Instead, we strive for a sustainable and healthy lifestyle. We offer outdoor training sessions that combine various exercises and techniques to keep things fun and engaging. And once the workout is done, we like to finish off with a well-deserved coffee or two, fostering a sense of camaraderie among our members.
