Endurance Hub's fully bespoke training plans include an initial meeting to discuss training history, objectives, and goals. Weekly training sessions are delivered via TrainingPeaks, and unlimited email support is provided throughout the plan. Monthly reviews and pre-race meetings or Skype calls are also included to assist with race strategy, pacing, and nutrition. The cost for these training plans is 75 per month.
For those looking to improve their strength and conditioning, Endurance Hub offers bespoke plans that specifically target toning, general conditioning, lean muscle mass development, and core strength. These plans are reviewed and amended fortnightly and come with unlimited email and phone support. The cost for the strength and conditioning plans is 50 per month or 105 for three months.
