The Functional Effect, the local Fitness club in Jamisontown, is excited to promote their upcoming Endurance Conditioning Class. This class is specifically designed for individuals who find longer format, steady state modalities challenging.
In this 35-45 minute session, participants will focus on their breathing rate, efficiency, and maintaining a consistent intensity. The movements involved in this class are lower skill and require minimal technical elements, allowing individuals to fully concentrate on their endurance.
You can expect to engage in longer efforts on machines, perform basic movements for higher rep sets, and incorporate various bodyweight exercises. The overall goal is to maintain a sustainable intensity for the entire 40 minutes, all while staying in control of your breathing at a 'Zone 2' or 'Conversational' pace.
