Emersion Pilates is an uplifting and intimate home Reformer Pilates Studio located in Red Beach on the Hibiscus Coast of Auckland. The studio, owned and operated by Sammie Gatfield, offers dynamic and energetic workouts that challenge clients to push past their limits and connect their mind and body.
At Emersion Pilates, clients can expect to feel motivated, cared for, and empowered as they spend 50 minutes of their day doing something for both their mind and body. The studio offers small group classes with a maximum of four clients per class, allowing for a more personalised approach with expert guidance. These classes aim to improve strength, balance, and range of motion, helping clients achieve their fitness and well-being goals.
For those who prefer a more individualised experience, Emersion Pilates also offers private sessions. These 45-minute sessions are tailored specifically to the client's goals and are ideal for those rehabilitating through an injury or seeking prenatal/postpartum exercise. Private sessions are also suitable for first-timers to Pilates, allowing them to familiarise themselves with the equipment and receive one-on-one attention.
Emersion Pilates is dedicated to teaching, empowering, and helping clients reach their goals, whatever they may be. Sammie Gatfield, with her background as a professional swimmer who competed at The Olympic Games, The Commonwealth Games, and The Swimming World Championships, understands the importance of movement and challenging oneself. She has found that Pilates provides the perfect balance of strength, conditioning, and coordination, and now shares her love of Pilates with others in her private studio.
