Embrace Heels Classes Embrace Heels classes are designed to explore the sensual side of pole fitness and modern pole dancing. Learn various styles with technique and choreography classes including Embrace Heels, Heels Technique, Fierce & Filthy, and Heels Choreography. Completion of Level 1 Pole Fitness is recommended prior to joining a Heels class. Flexibility Training Classes Flexibility Training classes are one-hour and are scheduled on a drop-in basis.
Proper stretching techniques can help improve physical performance and reduce the risk of injuries. This class will help increase overall flexibility and is suitable for all fitness levels and abilities.
