After experiencing debilitating pelvic girdle instability, lower back, and hip pain, Danielle turned to Pilates as recommended by medical professionals. She personally found relief and a restoration of her physical abilities after strengthening her body through Pilates. This personal transformation inspired her to pursue her accreditation as a Pilates instructor through APMA, Australia's most widely recognised governing Pilates body.
With over 20 years of experience in human movement, Danielle's expertise lies in correction and attention to detail, which are fundamental aspects of the Pilates method.
