My name is Ellie Silvers, I am a strength, powerlifting, and nutrition coach based in Sydney's Eastern suburbs. I focus on empower both men and women through strength training and creating healthy, sustainable lifestyles.
My passion for training began when I started realising the power that resistance training can have in positively affecting an individual's sense of self-worth and confidence. My style of coaching is based around building a foundation of strength in the main movement patterns, with a focus on technique in order to continuously advance and prevent injury.
I offer all clients individually tailored programming and work alongside them to ensure results, develop a passion for training and a desire to constantly improve.
