Elle believes that personal training and classes should be functional to everyday life, helping clients develop their bodies to stay strong and mentally aware for everyday activities. She understands that it's not about screaming at clients or making them do the hardest exercises, but rather creating a programme that is specific to their needs and goals.
Elle's journey in the fitness industry began 20 years ago, and since then, she has been dedicated to keeping Herts, Beds & Bucks fit. She has managed a corporate fitness centre in Maidenhead and has taught Yoga at Cambridge University. In 2010, she opened her own private fitness studio in Letchworth, where she teaches motivating and relevant fitness classes and trains her personal training clients six days a week.
Elle's ethos is all about keeping exercise real and motivating clients to get the most out of their bodies. She understands that it won't be easy and that it requires focus and dedication. However, she believes that by making exercise fit into our lifestyles and getting into a weekly routine, we can achieve our fitness goals. To join Elle's personal training programme, clients can expect a realistic approach with no magic pills. She will do her very best to help clients achieve their goals and ensure they know what they have to do to get what they want.
In addition to personal training, Elle also offers a variety of group classes. She believes in creating a supportive community and delivering high-quality classes that prioritise proper warm-ups, cool-downs, technique cues, and guidance. Elle understands that class participants may struggle to identify correct positions and need more encouragement to continue on their fitness path, which is where she comes in.
Elle's group classes include All Over Body, Yoga Intense, Spinbox, HIIT, Yoga Simple, Cardio Core, Bootcamp, and Yoga Relax. Each class is designed to target specific fitness goals while providing a challenging and enjoyable experience. Elle also offers a free first class for those trying out group classes for the first time, as well as unlimited classes for those who subscribe to her monthly programme. Pay as you go options are also available.
