The trainers at Elite Thai Kickboxing are highly qualified and experienced. The founder, Jason “Psyco” Suttie, is a 6-time World Champion and K-1 New Zealand Champion. He is also one of only 5 certified instructors of the Wim Hof Method in New Zealand. The team of trainers also includes Carwyn “Tu Kaha” Morrison, an experienced fight fitness trainer, and Kula Folau, a black belt MMA trainer.

In addition to group classes, Elite Thai Kickboxing offers specialised workshops and events. Keep an eye out for Wim Hof Workshops led by Jason “Psyco” Suttie, where you can experience the benefits of ice baths and breathing techniques. The gym also hosts King in the Ring, Australia's biggest fight night, featuring top stand-up fighters battling it out for a $10,000 prize and the King in the Ring crown.
