The owner and trainer of Elite Fitness Factory is Mike Grundy, a professional UFC fighter and a medallist in the 2014 Commonwealth Games. Alongside his experienced team, Grundy welcomes new members to the Elite family.

In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, Elite Fitness has implemented important safety measures. Before entering the gym, individuals are required to watch a video and fill out a form to ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines.

Elite Fitness Factory also offers a range of family classes, providing an opportunity for parents and children to exercise and have fun together. Whether it's Thai boxing or Tough Tots, these classes make fitness a family affair.

Members can also take advantage of meal prep services, with hot drinks and smoothies available on weekdays from 7 am to 2 pm and Saturdays from 8 am to 12 pm.

Elite Fitness offers flexible membership packages that cater to different needs. The full membership option, priced at 32. 99 per month, provides access to all gym facilities and classes. Alternatively, individuals can opt for a pay-as-you-go pass at 8 per visit.

While currently there are no special offers available, Elite Fitness Factory regularly updates its class schedule, provides fitness tips, and shares recipes from their Lean and Mean chef through their newsletter subscription.
