Much does training cost? Equipment is provided for all sessions, but clients are welcome to bring their own if they prefer. The cost of training varies depending on the length of the session. For one-on-one training, clients can choose between 30-minute sessions for $40, 45-minute sessions for $50, or 60-minute sessions for $65.

Discounts are available for multiple weekly sessions and referrals.

Small group training is also available, allowing clients to train with friends, family, or colleagues. A minimum of three people is required per session. Prices for small group training are $15 per person for 30-minute sessions, $20 per person for 45-minute sessions, and $25 per person for 60-minute sessions.
