Elite Athletic Performance is a Sports Injury & Performance Clinic located in Stafford, NZ. Nestled within the Central Staffs CrossFit facility, we offer a range of services including Sports/Deep Tissue Massage, Dry Needling/Medical Acupuncture, Cupping Therapy, Injury Rehabilitation, and Sport Specific Strength & Conditioning.

Our team of knowledgeable therapists and coaches are dedicated to providing top-notch treatment and care for individuals of all ages, professions, and abilities. At Elite Athletic Performance, we have access to an amazing Strength & Conditioning facility, which enables us to offer the highest quality Injury Rehabilitation and Performance sessions to our clients. In addition, we have a dedicated clinic room where we provide a variety of services, including soft tissue work and acupuncture.

Our range of services includes expert physical therapy and specialised sports injury rehabilitation. We can help with a variety of conditions, including chronic pain, fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis, sciatica, piriformis syndrome, Achilles tendinopathy, impingement syndrome, iliotibial syndrome, tennis elbow, golfers elbow, plantar fasciitis, sprains and strains, knee and shoulder pain, shin splints, postural problems, back, neck, and shoulder pain, muscle tension and spasms, general maintenance, stress relief, relaxation, and repetitive strain (RSI).

You can find us at Central Staffs CrossFit, and our opening hours are from Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm, and Saturdays from 9am to 12pm. Unfortunately, we are closed on Sundays.
