Elevate by Primal Athletics

Elevate by Primal Athletics is a unique fitness centre located in Campbell River that takes a fresh approach to fitness. Unlike traditional gyms, Elevate provides a spacious environment with simple yet effective equipment such as barbells, dumbbells, medicine balls, plyo boxes, cardio machines, and weightlifting racks. The focus at Elevate is on combining strength training, cardio, bodyweight exercises, gymnastic movements, and mobility in a fun group fitness format that is suitable for all ages and fitness levels.

The highly trained Coaches at Elevate are passionate about fitness and are dedicated to supporting each individual through their fitness journey. In addition to group fitness classes, Elevate offers Bootcamp classes, Personal Training, Kids Training programs, Team Training programs, Workshops, and Specialty Programs. They also have space available for private rentals, making it a versatile fitness centre for all needs.

Some Coaches at Elevate include Stacey Rosse, a CF-L1 Coach and Owner who is a hockey/baseball mom of two boys and has a passion for snorkeling in tropical places. Adam Sharpe is the Head Coach and a CF-L2 Coach who is a plant-based athlete and a sports enthusiast. Sarah Noga, a Coach with CFL1 and Precision Nutrition Coach PN-1 certifications, loves being active and enjoys running, spinning, and walking her dog Xena. Jordan Rauser, a Certified Personal Trainer with a BA Degree, has a background in hockey and is the current Associate Head Coach for the Campbell River Storm.

Max Vaclav, a Registered Kinesiologist and TPI Certified F2 Coach, has a passion for golf and offers Fit Fore Golf and Personal Training classes. Iain Harrington, with a Bachelors of Health Science and Doctor of Chiropractic, enjoys eating sushi and has completing an ultra marathon on his bucket list.

At Elevate by Primal Athletics, the focus is on providing a supportive and inclusive environment for individuals to achieve their fitness goals, whether it be through group fitness classes, personal training, nutrition coaching, or specialty programs.
